Dear Senator,

As a constituent, I feel it is a duty as well as an opportunity, to bring

this appeal to your attention. If (States Rights) still mean anything,

ours have been seriously violated by the federal establishment. In this situation all of the rights of an individual have been taken, along with

all of his personal belongings and his freedom.

Please be aware that this same appeal is being presented to your

colleague, Sen. John Cornyn.  In addition, I expect that all of the U.S.

Senate and House members will be informed of this outrageous situation, by constituents of their own.

It is especially important to us, because the crime happened here in

our State; specifically, in the East Texas Federal Court.

There is evidence of a collusion between three extortionists and an F.B.I. agent, including subsidized burglary by one of the extortionists for the F.B.I. agent, perjury by said agent and lies throughout, by federal prosecutors, their “expert witness" and the F.B.I. agent.

The federal judge in the case seemed to be involved with the prosecution team, as well as the defense attorney. He even injected religion into jury

selection.  He severely limited presentation of defense evidence, kept

the defense from obtaining adequate financing and led the jury improperly.

Finally, after spending about $700,000 on attorneys - money that was generated by his thousands of supporters, Al Petty had no funds for an appellate attorney.  The “court-appointed” appellate attorney - for whatever the reason, (?) - proved to be “worthlessly inefficient”, accomplishing nothing for Al Petty.

My request to you, is simply to read the information on the listed web-

site and let me know what we can do to Quickly Right this Wrong.

All of our constitutional freedoms are at stake, and we cannot allow

this kind of injustice to stand. Any one of us could be next.  In reality you could say that the “Day of George Orwells” ‘Big Brother’ has arrived.

One innocent man in prison for life, three thousand people robbed of

their businesses, (and many bankrupted); all to advance a few careers.  This Definitely is Not the American Way.

In anticipation of an answer and in appreciation of your assistance,

I pray for justice in this case and in our nation.
