INTRODUCTIONS
In Part one of Traci Kenner’s closing arguments, she states,

testimony and evidence to support that there was 1) No “SCHEME TO DEFRAUD”, 2) No “intent to defraud” AND THAT Al Petty “EMPLOYED” “NO FALSE REPRESENTATIONS”.
To the contrary, we will present testimony and evidence that the “SCHEME TO DEFRAUD” in this trial was conceived and executed by the Government! All “FALSE REPRESENTATIONS, WITH THE INTENT TO DECEIVE AND DEPRIVE 3,000 TELECOM2000 BUSINESS OWNERS, as well as Al Petty, OF MONEY AND PROPERTY”, were made by the government, FBI, their informants and witnesses!
